Yeddyurappa’s arrest not to affect anti-corruption fight: BJP
The arrest of former Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa would not cast a shadow on L K Advani's yatra against corruption, the BJP said today. "Our party has given a message that we do what we say. In Yeddyurappa's matter, our president Nitin Gadkari had announced a change after Lokayukta's report and it has been done," BJP's national General Secretary Vijay Goel said.

BJP wants probe into execution of CWG projects
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) general secretary Vijay Goel on Friday demanded a judicial probe into the alleged corruption in execution of Commonwealth Games projects. Referring to reports of the Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) putting under the scanner some Games related projects for alleged irregularities, Goel alleged that "substandard materials had been used in the construction all over".
Release Rs 500 cr for Chandni Chowk development: Goel
Demanding better infrastructure, former Union Minister and BJP leader Vijay Goel on Friday accused the authorities of "failing to improve" the Chandni Chowk area. Goel, a former MP from Chandni Chowk seat, also criticised HRD Minister Kapil Sibal, who represents the constituency in the Lok Sabha. "I will sit on dharna if things don't change soon," Goel said.
